The Executive Chairman of Ika Local Government Area , Hon. Malachy Ukpeh has kick-started an on- the- spot assessment of projects undertaken by his administration with an inspection of the ongoing construction of the Ika Central Motor Park, Urua Inyang.
The Council Boss, after being shown round the project by the Director of works , Engr. Idungima Akpan, expressed satisfaction with the progress of work at the site and said the park when completed will not only ease transportation in the area but will also boost its IGR
While appealing to the contractors to ensure that the deadline for the completion of the Central Motor Park is met ,he said that the park is one of the flagship projects of this administration
The inspection tour ended in the Council Secretariat where the Council Boss was shown round the remodeling of the Executive Chairman’s Office.
