
The founder of Kairo Rhema Embassy and Honourable councilor representing Ward 8 in Esit Eket Local Government Area, Apostle (Hon.) NsikakAbasi Ese has identified with the Local Government Information Chapel on the forthcoming Chapel Week billed for April 2022.
Apostle Ese made this known today, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, in his office, while receiving the Executive and members of the planning committee of the Chapel week who was on a courtesy visit to him.
The Man of God and local government parliamentarian said he was highly honoured for the honour and recognition done him by the leadership of LOGIC by making him part of her Chapel’s week and promised to grant full support for the success of the event.
Hon. Ese used the moment to highlight the development in the Local Government Areas in the state and appealed to journalists in the state to partner with the administration of the 31 Local Government Councils by showcasing the developmental activities and programmes in the third tier of Government.
Speaking on behalf of the Chapel, the chairman, comrade Roseline Etukudo, appreciated Apostle NsikakAbasi Ese for his magnanimity and humane disposition expressed by granting the leadership of Local Government Information Chapel the opportunity to interface with him and seek areas of partnership for the upcoming LOGIC press week.
She earlier intimated Apostle Ese that the chapel week with the theme, ” Effective information management for grassroots development: the role of Information officers”, was apt considering the enormity of roles expected of information officers in the 31 Local Government of Akwa Ibom state.
Comrade Etukudo said the chapel week was scheduled to be held in April beginning with a thanksgiving service on Sunday 10th April 2022 and would be wrapped up with public lectures and symposia in Uyo between 11th and 12th April 2022.
She said the leadership of the chapel was appreciative of the support of the Man of God and described same as unprecedented.
The high point of the visit was the presentation of the official invitation letter and other compendium of the chapel week to Apostle NsikakAbasi Ese by the chapel Chairman, comrade Roseline Etukudo.
